Andrew Whittaker
Managing Director 

Andrew is a pioneer in the Identity Security industry. Since the early 2000's, he has led many of the first identity security implementations within South Africa’s banking and telecommunications sectors and Europe.

Andrew joined Altron in 2020 and is now the Managing Director of Altron Security. He champions the Altron Security purpose of 'Trust, through Identity,' ensuring the delivery of innovative identity security solutions that build trust between organizations and their customers.

Throughout his career, Andrew has gained extensive experience across various business areas, including consulting services, project management, customer success, regulatory compliance, advisory, and sales.

Anrisha Ramsunkar
Executive- Finance

Anrisha Ramsunkar is a highly accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, and corporate governance. Holding both a Chartered Accountant (CA) designation and an MBA qualification, Anrisha combines deep financial expertise with advanced business acumen to drive growth, optimize operations, and enhance value for stakeholders.

With a robust background in accounting, auditing, and financial analysis, Anrisha has consistently demonstrated the ability to maintain financial integrity, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement best practices in financial reporting. The MBA qualification further complements this technical prowess by providing a strategic perspective on business operations, leadership, and decision-making.

Anrisha is a detail oriented, driven individual who is highly regarded for her proven ability to lead colleagues, management and staff through significant organisational change while maintaining a focus on leadership, teamwork and performance excellence.

Belinda Blignaut
Executive - Sales

Belinda Blignaut is a seasoned sales leader with more than 20 years of experience in leading diverse teams, cultivating client relationships across industries, both on local and international fronts, with a focus on meeting company goals.

Belinda joined Altron in 2021 via the acquisition of LAWtrust.

Belinda is skilled in developing and implementing strategic sales strategies, building and maintaining key customer relationships, and leading high-performing sales teams. Adept at identifying new business opportunities, improving sales team performance, and delivering outstanding results in customer satisfaction and retention.

Rian Schoeman
Executive - Operations and Compliance

With over 25 years of legal experience, Rian Schoeman is the Operations and Compliance Executive at Altron Security. He oversees operations, marketing, and compliance, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence. His leadership has been instrumental in building high-performance teams and managing businesses with a focus on efficiency and growth.

Rian is a strategic thinker who thrives in complex, high-stakes environments. He has a keen interest in marketing, particularly through digital channels, and understands the power of AI and technology in driving business innovation

Venessa Murphy
Executive - Human Capital 

Venessa joined Altron Security in 2013 and is one of the leadership team members responsible for the execution of the overall business strategy.

Venessa's role entails all elements of human capital management. With a passion for unlocking potential, Venessa's core focus is driving people engagement to create a high-performance team culture that delivers business objectives and goals.

Venessa draws on over a decade of leadership experience that spans professional service delivery, marketing, customer experience, vendor and talent management to strike the balance between employee growth and business value.

Ferdie Versfeld
Executive - Governance and Technology

Being a technologist since the early 90's, spending more than 2 decades building people, process and technology in the Identity centric business of Ubusha Technology, now Altron Security, Ferdie believes that the balance of the triad is the key to deliver value, compliance and innovation in the ever-evolving world of cyber security.

Ferdie is responsible for oversight of enterprise risk management within the operating company, and reporting into group risk structures. Strategic execution forms part of this responsibility, and through this he interacts with all areas of the business, assessing indicators that highlight our execution ability. He has a special interest in the building blocks that will deliver on the emergence of Agentic AI and Self-Sovereign Identity adoption as these have the potential to be transformative in society at large.

Michael Horn
Executive - Technology

Michael is responsible for creating, implementing and leading a clear technology product growth strategy and business plan that will drive long-term, sustainable value to customers and the growth of Altron Security.  

He joined Altron Security with the LAWtrust acquisition. Michael is a certified Information Systems Security Professional with over 30 years experience in many facets of the security industry. He is an experienced technology executive with demonstrated history in leading and growing Cybersecurity Professional Services teams.
